Terms of use

Availability, prices, fees and other figures shown on the site are estimates and general information. They can change without notice, and they are not an offer to lease. Nothing on the site creates a lease, a reservation or a hold on any home.

A home is leased only when a lease agreement is signed. If anything on the site differs from your lease agreement, the lease agreement controls.

Photos, renderings, floor plans, dimensions and descriptions are illustrations. They show representative homes and finishes, and the finished home you lease may differ in layout, finishes, fixtures, colors, views, landscaping and other details.

The leasing estimate tool gives you an estimate based on the choices you enter and the information available when you use it. It is for planning only. Actual rent, fees and other charges depend on the home, the lease term, the move-in date, the outcome of your application and the lease agreement you sign. An estimate is not a quote, a rate lock or a promise that a home is available.

Sending a form on the site is not an application to lease. The leasing office handles all applications and makes all leasing decisions, and it does so under fair housing law.

Assistance animals are not pets, and the pet questions on the site's forms do not apply to them. If you need an assistance animal or any other reasonable accommodation or modification, contact the leasing office.

You may use the site to learn about the community and to contact the leasing office. You must be 18 or older to send a form on the site. You agree not to:

• Submit false information or pretend to be someone else
• Use the site's forms to send spam, advertising or anything unrelated to leasing a home here
• Copy, scrape or collect content or information from the site by automated means, except search engines and similar services that follow the site's robots.txt
• Interfere with the site, probe or test its security without our written permission, or introduce viruses or other harmful code
• Try to get around any password or other access control on the site
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law or these terms

We may block access to the site or decline to respond to an inquiry if we believe these terms have been broken.

The site and everything on it, including text, photos, renderings, floor plans, logos, design and code, belong to us or to our licensors. Some photos are used under license from their owners.

You may view the site and print or save pages for your own personal use while considering a home here. You may not copy, publish, distribute, sell or make new works from the site's content for any other purpose without our written permission.

The names The Stellar at Masters Avenue and Stellar Communities, and the related logos, may not be used without our written permission.

The site links to websites and services we do not control, including the online application and the resident portal (both on RentCafe) and map services. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your information, and a link does not mean we endorse a site.

We try to keep the site accurate and available. HOWEVER, WE PROVIDE THE SITE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE IS COMPLETE, CURRENT OR ACCURATE. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SITE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FROM ANYTHING ON IT, INCLUDING LOST TIME, LOST OPPORTUNITIES OR THE COST OF FINDING ANOTHER HOME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some states do not allow some of these limits. Where that is the case, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under fair housing law or under a lease agreement you sign.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may change these terms at any time by posting the new version on the site with a new date. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to you.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. We may assign these terms to another party, including as part of a sale or transfer of the property or our business. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site. They do not change or replace any lease agreement.
