How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is $750 when your application is approved, or $2,500 when the approval comes with conditions. It is set after your application is received.

What does the $189 monthly fee cover?

It covers Wi-Fi, basic cable, landscaping, pest control and smart devices. Every home pays it, and it is already part of the total monthly leasing price on each plan page.

Are utilities included?

Wi-Fi and basic cable come with the $189 monthly fee. Usage-based charges are not part of the total monthly leasing price, so ask the leasing office what applies to your home.
